Lake Manyara & Ngorongoro CRATER
The Great Rift Valley is home to these two marvels of landscape, history and wildlife. Although popular with tourism, we know the hidden corners, best camps and right times of year to fully experience the wonder of these two reserves. > Explore Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater
TARANGIRE SAFARIS
One of our personal favourites! This is the land of giants: ancient groves of baobab trees and some of African's densest elephant populations. Over the years, Tarangire has given us some of our most thrilling wildlife encounters. > More about our Tarangire Safaris
Chimp TRekkinG IN Mahale
The far flung, storybook jungles of Mahale are one of the great escapes in Africa. Steeped in history, mystery and science, the Mahale Mountains rise from the white-sanded shores of the world's second deepest lake - Lake Tanganyika. It is the refuge of chimpanzees whose family groups we track in this great forest. > More about our incredible chimp treks
Mount Kilimanjaro
The tallest free-standing mountain on earth and the tallest in Africa – Mt Kilimanjaro. Whether you embark up the beautiful Machame Route or challenge yourself on a ten-day summit through the remote Shira or Lemosho route, a Kili climb is as iconic an African experience as visiting the Serengeti.
No technical experience is required, only determination and patience. But we don’t take it lightly. 19,340 feet is very high and summitting is a challenge indeed. Thus, we use only the very finest guides and cut no corners with preparation, quality alpine gear, food, and safety.
A climb combines perfectly with a Serengeti migration safari or to Zanzibar to kick up those feet after a successful summit.
